Calypso Cabana Restaurant need a Restaurant manager
• Coordinate with sales & marketing team to maximise sales
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly check product quality and research new vendors
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Manage Financial Management for restaurant
• Control operational costs and identify areas to cut costs
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Manage inventory & minimum stock levels
• Monitor and report competitor activities
• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant Qualification & Experience
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Should have minimum of 3 years Experience in similar role
