Compensate managers, account executives and all salespeople engaged in the Service Registration/Activation.
Resolve discrepancies in registrations; coordinate registration summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups..
Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices.
Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the registration and asset database.
Work closely with multiple venders on all deal registrations.
Gathering missing information from Sales Rep and internal departments like part number that is to be registered, end user contact info, serial numbers, reference Order for H/W or warranty etc.
Work closely with the inside sales reps to generate RMAs for incompatible products.

Resolve discrepancies in contracts; coordinate contract summaries and distribution of fully executed agreements to internal and external customer groups.
Coordinate the renewal and extension of Expiring Agreements/contracts with inside Sales Reps.
Develop the scope and specifications for professional services and other engagements
Proactively manage customer information including additions, moves, and changes up-to-date within the contract and asset database.
Draft and negotiate Service Agreements/contracts with partners and clients.
