The ideal candidate should
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Business Administration
- Have at least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience
Job Description
- Generate business from existing and new customers as per assigned targets
- Liaise with pre sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with marketing team
- Keep follow-up of critical service issues, and ensure resolution by coordinating with relevant teams along with timely escalation where required
- Ensure revenue and retention as per assigned targets of GSM and Mobile Financial Services
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding sales, revenue, and invoice clearance
- Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
- Analyze competitors’ offerings
- Renew, amend, and sign-off contracts
