| Job Description: |
| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/. Masters will be a plus.
- Have minimum 7-8 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Ensure management of IN Billing Planning.
- Manage Strategic Network Planning of Charging and Billing Infrastructure.
- Oversee Capacity Management and KPI monitoring of Charging and Billing Platforms.
- Maintain interaction with commercial teams and evaluation of possible solutions based on Commercial requirements.
- Manage Capex budget preparation and ensure deployments as per annual budget/Capitalization Plans.
- Ensure timely deployment of new HW and applications as per aggressive timelines specified by the management.
- Prepare RFQ for new platforms and technical evaluation.
- Responsible for resource enablement in order to manage the tasks independently with minimal intervention.
- Handle KPIs monitoring and optimization to maintain the desired Quality of Service.
- Ensure on time generation of invoices for the post paid subscribers every month.
Essential Skills:
- Technical Knowledge of Intelligent Networks and Billing Systems.
- Sound Understanding of SS7, SIGTRAN, CAMEL and Diameter protocols.
- Sound communication interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills: - Working Experience on Ericssons Charging System, Net Cracker Billing System, and Siebel.
