| Job Description: |
| Telemarketing agents required to make outbound calls and cold call leads for UK campaigns and fix appointments.
- Excellent command of spoken English is required and ideal candidates should have good phone etiquette, excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiastic personality.
- Using product knowledge, and communications skills, the agent shall generate interest in the customers for the company.
- They shall be required to regularly coordinate with the UK sales team and work to engage the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going. They will be responsible to make the initial contact and hand the prospect off once interest is established or an appointment is made.
- Quotas for appointments shall be set which will require a telemarketer to make a specified number of calls or reach a minimum number of appointments per month .
Female candidates are encouraged to apply and will be provided with transport services after completion of their probation period. Telemarketing Executives will be paid attractive and competitive basic salaries along with commissions per appointment. |
