| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
- Have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with specialization in Core
Job Description
- Provide L2 support to peer NOC L2, NOC FM, and performance management team (PMT) and Regional NSS teams for issue resolution
- Perform database configuration
- Manage work order execution
- Handle trouble tickets and customer complaints
- Carry out roster activities (24/7) including migrations, swaps, upgrades, expansions and OM tasks
- Coordinate with vendor for trouble tickets
Essential Skills
- Should have knowledge of GSM call flows and signaling
- Should have expertise in database configuration
- Should also possess troubleshooting skills
Desirable Skills
- Should have hands on experience in Huawei Core nodes
