Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
  • Have minimum 1 to 2 years of experience with specialization in Core

Job Description

  • Provide L2 support to peer NOC L2, NOC FM, and performance management team (PMT) and Regional NSS teams for issue resolution
  • Perform database configuration
  • Manage work order execution
  • Handle trouble tickets and customer complaints
  • Carry out roster activities (24/7) including migrations, swaps, upgrades, expansions and OM tasks
  • Coordinate with vendor for trouble tickets

Essential Skills

  • Should have knowledge of GSM call flows and signaling
  • Should have expertise in database configuration
  • Should also possess troubleshooting skills

Desirable Skills

  • Should have hands on experience in Huawei Core nodes
