- Assist in Trainings Development Process
- Assist and followup in Performance Management Process
- Assist in Disciplinary Action process and ensure proper filing and management of HR related documents and reports.
- Payroll Leave Management
- Update Organograms regular basis
- Prepare Monthly / Weekly HR Reports
