Job Description:
  • Recruitment Selection
  • Assist in Trainings Development Process
  • Assist and followup in Performance Management Process
  • Assist in Disciplinary Action process and ensure proper filing and management of HR related documents and reports.
  • Payroll Leave Management
  • Update Organograms regular basis
  • Prepare Monthly / Weekly HR Reports

Required Skills:
Must have can do approach and attitude to meet the tight deadlines.
Excellent Computer Skills
Microsoft Word, Exel, Power Point, Visio & In-Page
Good Typing Speed
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Must have customer oriented approach
