1) Regularly communicate with the sales team in all zones to update them regarding their progress towards target achievement
2) Maintain and update portfolio of each dealer and zone
3) Prepare monthly and weekly update of issues related to dealers
4) Handle the inquiries of all zonal sales staff and getting them their required information
5) Provide support to sales team through liaison with other departments such as Accounts, Human Resource, Sales Audit and customer services
6) Ensure smooth flow of documentation process as per companys sales procedure to enable sales team focus their entire attentions on sales only
7) Prepare documents for new dealer opening and sign board requests and obtain Chief Operating Officers approval
8) Prepare monthly schedule of MRM meetings and coordinate with Area Sales Managers
9) Compile monthly MRM presentations of zonal offices and coordinate sales department MRM meetings
10) Coordinate weekly and daily meetings of sales staff
11) Take notes during the meetings and right minutes of the meetings
12) Preserve important confidential agreements and other sales data documents
13) Any other task assigned by the management related to Sales Marketing
